In the presence of the Mayor of Civitavecchia, Ernesto Tedesco, Deputy Mayor and Environmental Councillor Manuel Magliani, Camillo Alleva, Head of planning and analysis of the technical and energy sector of Unicoop Tirreno and Stefania Giannetti, President of the Coop Civitavecchia shareholders’ section, the inauguration of a “fast” RICARICA charging station for electric cars took place at the sales point in via Ezio Maroncelli in Civitavecchia.
Collaboration continues, in the name of sustainability.
“This collaboration between Unicoop Tirreno and RICARICA began in 2021 and to date over 8,000 top-ups have been provided – declared Ugo Salvoni, Manager of RICARICA SRL – The point of sale with the greatest attendance is that of Livorno Parco Levante, with over 1,000 top-ups in a year. At Unicoop Tirreno in Civitavecchia we have installed a charging station with two connectors: 1 of 50 kW CCS and 1 of 22 kW AC type 2.”

Vehicles can be recharged in the supermarket car park by downloading the NEXTCHARGE app. by scanning the QR code on the charging stations, it is possible to access the top-up guide and, if necessary, use the customer care service which is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
